Please join us for the 2014 Columbia Annual Fundraising Dinner on October 25.

This years Fundraising Dinner will be an evening of inspiring stories, great food and a collaboration of worship music by the Columbia Traveling Ministry Team and Artisan Church.

We are excited to highlight Columbia students and alumni engaged in urban ministry and how they actively live out their faith in the city through two programs:

Praxis, Columbia’s new urban discipleship program; and

Urban Mission Dynamics, a ministry experience in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside for all first year students

Columbia has also partnered with alumni from Artisan Church Vancouver, to bring stories of hope from those “called to the city”.

Artisan Church VancouverJoining God for the renewal of all things.

  • A neighbourhood parish church for the city
  • Culturally Engaged, Socially Aware, Artistically Minded
  • Nelson Boschman (Downtown Neighbourhood Pastor, Alumni 1993; Former Faculty 97-08)
  • Lance Odegard (East Van Neighbourhood Pastor, Alumni 2002)

We are asking you to partner with us to help reach our goal of $170,000.

Columbia needs your prayerful and financial partnership – people who believe in our mission to “equip people for a life of discipleship, ministry and leadership in service to the church and community.”

Whether serving in the inner city, empowering people through social ministries or leading in local churches, our students leave the Columbia campus with a better sense of how to fulfill God’s call in their lives.

You will hear inspiring stories of people who are marked not just by lives of mission in the everyday, but of people who intercede daily and earnestly on behalf of our cities. We trust you will be inspired to partner with the students and alumni of Columbia Bible College in making an impact on cities around the world.

We look forward to seeing you at the 2014 Columbia Annual Fundraising Dinner!
