What do Vietnam, Moldova, Nepal, Macedonia, Czech Republic, Cambodia, Austria, India, Uganda, Thailand, Burma, Morocco, Turkey, Mexico, Portugal, Ireland, Jordan, Guatemala, Philippines, Costa Rica, Indonesia, France, Peru and Korea share in common? At least one intercultural studies student has completed an 8-12 month internship in every one of these countries during the past 5 years!
Our students carry the light of Christ in them and the desire to make Him known. Through homesickness, cultural hurdles, evangelism, academic assignments, team dynamics, submission to leadership and exposure to poverty and suffering, the Spirit works in each student’s heart, spurring them on to greater maturity in life and faith.
It is pretty amazing to see God’s love literally extending around the globe as our students say ‘Yes!’ to packing their bags, leaving their comfort zones, and immersing themselves in a new culture for the better part of a year.
There’s a whole world out there. Where will you go?
